Price of a repair can vary depending on brand, extent of damage and cost of replacement parts. Not all devices can be repaired.

What if I dropped my camera in water? Can you fix it?
First of all don’t turn it on. Take out the battery and bring it to us immediately. We’ll do everything we can to resuscitate it.

Someone gave this camcorder to my husband. I don't think it was bought at Best Buy, but I'm not sure. Will you be able to get it working again?
Yes, we will work on just about any camcorder or device. We service most major brands and can handle almost any repair whether it’s under warranty or not.

My device is quite old. Can you still fix it?
No promises, but we’ll do our best to find the parts and get it back in shape. Our Agents have worked on a lot of different devices and have extensive repair experience.
