Here’s where our standout Installer 2 professionals ultimately find themselves. All installation team members look to the Level 3 installation leadership and technical insight.
Level 3 installers travel to customers’ homes or offices to install home theater solutions in one or multiple rooms, while also providing technical advice and assistance to customers. They may ride alone for non-custom jobs, or with a team of installers for more complex scopes of work.
These installers are expected to ask lifestyle questions and suggest additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. The Installer 3 must also possess stellar customer service skills, acting as a Geek Squad® representative in customers’ homes and as a consultant in the Precinct.
