Since installation teams are often the first human representation of Geek Squad®, the Installer 1 must also possess a friendly, professional and easygoing nature that aligns with our brand.
- • Assist with two-person installations, deliveries, and cleanup at customers’ homes and offices
- • Clearly communicate the scope of projects with customers
- • Complete necessary paperwork
- • Demonstrate strong customer service skills while representing the company during installations
- • Communicate with call center or retail store via cell phone
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • One year of related work experience
- • Appropriate certifications and licenses according to State law
- • Current valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- • CEDIA, ICIA or NICET Certification; low-voltage license
