Have a knack for installation but little or no professional experience? We can start you at the trainee level – and you have the means to move up from there.
Trainees have eight weeks to become a Best Buy Certified Autotech. During this time, they work under the close supervision of a Certified Autotech, familiarizing themselves with Best Buy’s culture and operating procedures, working on technical training modules, and building their skills through hands-on experience.
All of these measures are designed to help trainees pass a Best Buy certification test, which evaluates their operational and technical aptitude.
