Next, we'll send you a package with a pre-paid shipping label so you can easily and securely send us your drive. We'll take a look at the drive and confirm an exact estimate for the recovery process. With your approval, we'll recover your data and send it and your original drive back to you, safe and sound.
What sort of data can Geek Squad recover?From music to photos, files and more, we’ll attempt to save any and all data.
Can Geek Squad recover password-protected files?Yes, but you’ll have to tell us the password. We’ll forget it after we get the data back. We promise.
