When will I be billed every month for automatic payments?Monthly billing will happen on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. Example: If you purchased on January 2nd, your first monthly bill will happen on February 2nd.
What if I need to change my credit card for automatic payments?You can call 1-800 Geek Squad, and let the Agent know you would like to update your credit card/payment information for your Tech Support monthly membership.

Is Webroot the only Internet Security Software I can get with Tech Support? I’ve seen other options in-store.Currently, Webroot is the only product that can be offered through an online purchase. We will continue to work on providing additional options that are available in-store.
How do I download my Internet Security Software?You will receive a download link in your purchase confirmation. The download link will also be included within your “Welcome to Tech Support” email that you should receive within the next 24 hours.
