On large televisions, we'll come to you. To qualify for an in-home repair, your plan had to be purchased between:

Geek Squad Protection Plan Details

  • IN-HOME SERVICE
    Our Agents come to you for large TV repairs. Applies to TVs 42″ and larger, and some smaller TVs when this same benefit is provided under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • REINSTALLATION
    If your unit needs service and we delivered and installed it, we'll reinstall it.
  • BLU-RAY/DVD/CD PLAYER ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
    Bring your Blu-ray, DVD or CD player into a Geek Squad Precinct and we will align and clean the laser to keep it running right.
  • SPEAKERS AND SUBWOOFERS
    We cover repairs for an additional two (2) or four (4) years after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • NORMAL WEAR and TEAR PLUS DEFECTS
    We fix defects in materials, workmanship and failures such as those due to dust, internal heat and humidity.
  • POWER SURGE REPAIR
    We cover the repairs for equipment failure due to a power surge.
  • PIXEL REPAIR AND BURN-IN COVERAGE
    If your pixels start looking weird or a shadow image sticks, we'll get your screen back to pristine.
  • FULL PARTS AND LABOR
    We'll protect you from parts and labor costs to keep your gadget working like new for the life of your plan.
  • ONE TIME BULB REPLACEMENT
    If the original bulb burns out on your DLP, Projection LCD TV, or Home Theater Projector, we’ll replace it.
  • RECALIBRATION
    If you purchased TV calibration from us on the same receipt as the Plan, we will recalibrate your TV after completing qualified repairs. Just give us a call at 1-800-433-5778 to schedule.

A service order disclaimer may need to be signed to obtain repairs. Geek Squad Protection Plans must be purchased with the product or within 15 days by visiting a store.
