WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  2. A wireless network or hotspot

PROCEDURE

Windows 8 offers the same great wireless networking capabilities of previous versions of Windows, but the procedure is just a bit different:
  1. From the Charms Bar, select "Settings"
  2. From "Settings", select the Wireless Network icon
  3. From the list of available networks, select your local network name
  4. Enter your password or passphrase, if required.

Select "Connect"
