The 165,000-square-foot site houses hundreds of Geek Squad Agents and support personnel who are passionate about making technology work for everyone.

UPS trucks begin unloading shipments at 5:00 a.m. everyday. an easy day might bring about 1,500 boxes. But come mid-week, more than 3,000 boxes arrive ready to be looked over by Agents.

Interesting Fact is that UPS actually expanded its service line in Louisville in anticipation of the increased shipping volume from Geek Squad City.
